How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We typically see 99% of orders arrive within 5 business days after dispatch for Royal Mail orders.
How long will it take to dispatch?
We dispatch all orders within 24 business hours if your items are in stock. If ordering over a weekend please note your order will not be dispatched until Monday or next working day.
How do I know my order has shipped?
We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are only able to dispatch orders to the United Kingdom at this time.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes postage is always free for all orders - regardless of size.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for both one-time and expedited shipping orders. For subscription orders, the initial delivery is dispatched via Royal Mail with a 48-hour tracked service, and subsequent deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail's 48-hour service.

What is your packaging made from?
We care deeply about our impact on the planet and strive to minimise wastage. We dispatch all orders in unique, eco-friendly, flat recyclable packaging which keeps waste to a minimum and fits easily through your letterbox. Our bottles are made from HDPE High-density polyethylene and our lids are made with PP Polypropylene which are both recyclable. Our shipping package is zero carbon, 100% plastic-free biodegradable paperboard certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and printed using eco-friendly water-based inks.

Is it safe to order through your site?
Yes all transactions processed on our website are safe, we never store card details & your personal data is kept 100% secure at all times.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. All products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If the product is damaged on arrival, simply send the unused bottles back to us for a full refund. No questions asked. Full details are available here
Can I cancel/amend my order?
Once orders are placed, unfortuantely orders can not be changed or amended
Do you offer a discount for new customers?
Yes. First time customers get 10% off their order. Sign up using the email box in the pop-up or the footer at the bottom of the website.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are only able to accept orders through our website at this time.

Yes all of the prices shown on our website include VAT.

Are your products natural?
Yes. Our team are Medical and Nutritional Specialists and always prioritise the purity and quality of all of our ingredients above everything else in the formulation process.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the United Kingdom to the GMP code of conduct. We source only the highest quality global ingredients for our products and we are continually updating our product range to ensure that only the highest quality ingredients make it into our products.
What are your capsules made from?
We use natural plant fibre capsules which are vegan-friendly.
Are your products suitable for children?
Unfortunately, our products are formulated for adults aged 18+.
Do you test products on animals?
Absolutely not! We love all furry creatures all of our products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals & we don't work with any manufacturing partners who do also.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes all products are free from genetic modification & do not contain any ingredients derived from GMOs.
What are GMP standards?
Good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards are a strict code of conduct that manufacturers adhere to when manufacturing food supplements.
They state that products must:
- Be of consistent high quality
- Be appropriate to their intended use
- Meet the requirements of the marketing authorisation (MA) or product specification.

How do I return an item?
We realise that sometimes things just don't work out. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@smartbiomebrand.com who will issue a returns number and provide the correct returns address.
Please note that you must contact us first before sending any items to us. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first as they will not be accepted.
Do you cover return postage?
Unfortunately while we do offer a full refund within 30 days, as a small business we are unable to cover the cost of sending your returned items back to us.
