Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It should have tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@smartbiomebrand.com so that we can assess the issue. We can only accept returns for unopened damaged products—once opened, products cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@smartbiomebrand.com. You will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

You must take a photo of the issue for the SmartBiome support team to review. Please send your email to support@smartbiomebrand.com

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return is approved. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@smartbiomebrand.com.
